We are an 18 seat restaurant and wine bar in East Vancouver.

Inspired by Chef Justin Song-Ell's approach to regenerative dining, we offer a unique omakase experience, which takes place
over five courses and changes weekly to reflect the
seasonality and fecundity of our local farms. We believe in moving beyond farm-to-table in our approach, highlighting lesser known ingredients and fermentation as a major aspecty of our cuisine. We are open four nights per week, offering omakase at the dinner hour and snacks and wine late into the evening. Our wine program is extensive, with wine pairings selected from regenerative, small, and natural wine producers to pair with our menu. Our by-the-glass offerings are always rotating and bottle list is mighty for our small space.


As our kitchen is small and focused, we are unable to accommodate menu modifications. If you have dietary restrictions, please inquire with us as to whether we are able to accommodate. We cannot guarantee that we can facilitate all restrictions. 

Elephant's bookings open in one month blocks and can be made via Tock. New bookings become available on the first day of the previous month, at 10:00 am PST.
