Inspired by Chef Justin Song-Ell's approach to regenerative dining, we offer a unique omakase experience, which takes place over five courses and changes weekly to reflect the seasonality of our local farms. 

We believe in moving beyond farm-to-table in our approach, highlighting lesser-known ingredients and fermentation as a major aspect in our cooking. 

Open four nights per week, offering omakase at the dinner hour and snacks and wine late into the evening. As our kitchen is small and focused, we are unable to accommodate menu modifications. If you have dietary restrictions, please inquire via email before making a reservation

Our wine program is extensive, with wine pairings selected from small and sustainable producers. The bottle list is mighty for our tiny space.
